2. A Candidate who after having passed the Examination of B.A. LL.B. Five Years or LL.B. Three Years courses with at least 48% marks in the aggregate or M.Sc. or B.Sc. with atleast 50% marks in the aggregate of this University or any other Indian University recognised for the purpose by the University shall be permitted to appear at the Examination in the Diploma Course in Forensic Science & Criminal Investigation, Subject to his having pursued a regular Course of study in the University for one academic year
